Experience the best ski touring Whistler has to offer from the brand new Kees and Claire Backcountry Hut. With the hut located just a few hours from the ski resort boundary this is the best way to experience the finest skiing Garibaldi Provincial Park has to offer with the comfort and convenience of a beautiful alpine backcountry hut. 

Important Information:

  • Backcountry lift ticket or Whistler Blackcomb lift pass is required for Day 1 (available through our office)

  • Touring skis/splitboard and avalanche safety equipment are required. 

  • Geared towards intermediate to expert skiers and snowboarders.

  • Participants must be comfortable and confident in intermediate terrain [blue runs] in a variety of snow conditions. If you are unsure of your ability, please contact us for more information.

  • Participants should be at least 16 years old to participate in a public group. Please book a private tour if you or someone in your group is younger than 16 years old.

  • Cost includes: guiding fee, guide's meals and hut fees

  • Cost does NOT include: meals, lift ticket for day 1, transportation to the trailhead, avalanche safety kit, touring skis/splitboard, personal camping equipment (sleeping bag, sleeping mat and backpack)

  • Meals can be provided for an additional cost per day per person.
